D.I.HOME takes care of all dealings (making contact, submitting files, follow-up, etc.) with municipal councils, technical and planning departments, local bodies, environmental authorities, as well as any other influential parties.

All this is done with a specific aim in mind: submitting a planning permission file that is in accordance with the client's wishes on the one hand, and regulatory constraints on the other.

Financial arrangements

Should you require a mortgage or loan, D.I.HOME puts you directly in contact with suitable banks and financial organisations, prepares the necessary file and follows up all developments until acceptance is confirmed.

Choosing your plot

D.I.HOME is always in contact with estate agents, property owners and certain expert channels, and so takes care of finding a plot that is suited to your needs and your plans.

Moreover, D.I.HOME will undertake all negotiations with the vendor to the best of its abilities until the transaction is concluded.
